A hoodie is four panels. A puffer is a dozen decisions. We are there for all twelve.
Shell, lining, fill, baffles, zips, storm flaps. Technical outerwear carries more operations than anything else in a knitwear factory, and it is where most suppliers quietly fall short. It is the work we chose.
Stitch Line Global started on the other side of the table. Eighteen years ago our people were the ones writing tech packs, chasing samples and standing on factory floors hoping bulk would match. We moved to the production side so that brands would not have to.
That is still how the company is organised. Our teams sit in China and Bangladesh — inside the factories, not in an office above them — working in English and Mandarin, so a specification reaches the line intact and an answer comes back the same day.
Eighteen years of those relationships is what a brand is really buying: the partner mills that will run 500 pieces per colour per style, and the outerwear houses that can build a baffled jacket properly.
We had advised against brushing that fabric; the buyer went ahead. We changed the spec to no brushing on the next run so both would sit together on a rail.
We said so the day we knew rather than at the ship date, agreed a discount, and reworked the planning so the bottleneck could not repeat.
Traced to shipping, not production. We gave a discount anyway. Being right about whose fault it is does not get a brand its season back.

Sixty-six days inside the factory from an approved tech pack to goods ready to ship. Fastest we have moved from an approved pack to a customer warehouse: 70 days, flying. Freight figures are for Europe; other lanes on request. Based on a 500-piece run.

Produced by partner mills, or to your nomination. Colour matched to the Pantone card at 95–97% accuracy — the number we quote, because it is the number dyeing delivers.
A full order is dyed in one bath, so the pieces that ship in March match the ones that shipped in January.

Outside our range
China or Bangladesh
China is the faster of the two. We place a programme in Bangladesh when it carries handwork machinery cannot do well. Pricing moves by item, not by country — there is no blanket rule that one is cheaper.
